Hello ladies...(& gents...sorry!)
Ive got some books here if any of u r interested, as I'm done with them.....
1) The Flowers of the Field by Sarah Harrison
---From London & the fields of Kent to Paris, Vienna & the Western Front, the lives of three very different women are changed irrevocably by love, ambition & the First World War.

Dorothea, Dulcie & Primmy.
Their dreams & aspirations found a voice above history's most horrifying conflict.
Their triumphs & tragedies were shared by a generation.
Their unforgettable story unfolds in the epic novel of our time.

2) Whispers in the Sand by Barbara Erskine
---Recently divorced, Anna Fox decides to cheer herself up by retracing a journey her great grandmother, Louisa, made in the mid-nineteenth century - a Nile cruise from Luxor to Aswan. Anna carries with her two of Louisa's possessions - an ancient Egyptian scent bottle & an illustrated diary of theorigional cruise that has lain unread for over a hundred years.
As she follows in Louisa's footsteps, Anna discovers in the diary a wonderful love story from the Victorian past - & the chilling more distant secret of the little glass bottle. Meanwhile two men from the tour party are developing an unfriendly rivalry for her attention. And why are they showing such a disturbing interest in Louisa's mementoes? Most frightening of all, Anna finds herself the victim of a spectral presence that grows in strength & threat as the dramatic stories from three different eras intertwine in a terrifying climax...

3)The Woman from Browhead by Audrey Howard
---Annie Abbott returns to Browhead, the beautiful lonely hill farm above Bassenthwaite Lake, with only her pride & her baby daughter to sustain her. Her parents are dead, her old friends dare not be seen with an unmarried mother & the other farmers will not help a woman who presumes to buy sheep & raise crops without a husband at her side.

Except for one man. Reed Macaulay, son of the district's most prosperous landowner, knows that Annie is the only woman he will ever love. Secretly, he helps her in any way he can. Secretly, because Reed has married another woman.

4)Strangers by Rosie Thomas
---THEY WERE STRANGERS UNTIL A SHATTERING MOMENT MADE THEM LOVERS....
Annie is a quiet, devoted housewife & mother, out for a day of last-minute Christmas shopping. Steve is a top-flight advertising executive who goes from woman to woman as easily as he jumps from deal to deal.
Ordinarily, Annie & Steve - or two such people like them - would never even have expected to meet each other. But suddenly, with brutal cataclysmis force, a terrorist bomb reduces the department store they find themselves in to rubble, & traps them togethor in the wake of its savage destruction.
As they await rescue, drifting in & out of consciousness, clinging to life first for themselves & then for each other, they touch hands in the dust-filled, choking darkness, sharing their intimate secrets, fears, frustrations & dreams. The emotional link they forge is one they can nevar break. Their lives have been changed forever.

Give me a shout if ur interested in any of these, & I'll get them sent out 2 u ASAP
