Today I am feeling Knackered again - Got a Birthday party to go to in a minute, still haven't been to post out parcels; have 3 complicated emails to answer ( nice ones, but will still take time.

Forgot that DH is coming home tonight not tomorrow, so still need to tidy house; even though I have just put away a week and 1/2's washing, it's not going to count for much.

Can't help wondering whether the shows this weekend were worth it - money side wasn't too bad, but sooo much time and effort and pulling of favours from DH (who isn't coming home the weekend after my birthday, cos he has a works do to go to)

Have 3 articles to write, no time to do them and a christmas fayre to organise .....

Ok, moan over!

will :D now and enjoy my second cup of tea of the day.

((((Lisa)))) you sound like you really have your hands full. I wouldnt worry about getting everything tidy before DH gets home, leave it and then he can help you..lol. At the end of the day you already have one child to look after, you are pregnant with another and you also run a business.... I bet your jobs are far more tiring than his. Does your DH work away all the time? I would be feeling pretty low if DH went to a works do rather than be here with me for my birthday so not suprising thats getting to you as well. Put your feet up and forget about the housework, well after you have been to the party that is!

Oh Lisa :grouphug:

I know it is at times like these that we ask ourselves why we WAH but maybe the fair will pay off in time and hopefully if you got lots of leaflets out then more business may dribble in slowly over time.

Don't forget to think of yourself and as Toni says you are pregnant so think of this baby too... listen to your body and if you can't do it DON'T - precious little time.

Dawn :D

Thanks for the hugs guys - Sorry if I have been a bit luke warm recently.

Feeling better - Still have as many things to do, But a positive mental attitude helps! So does getting at least one order which I think was from one of the shows - perhaps 2 as they are both local to MK, where I did the small one.

I am also looking into a private midwife - God knows how I would afford it, but I have lots of concerns about the labour that I think have been pulling me down IYSWIM, so even considering a P MW is making me feel more positive IYSWIM.

Anyway, I will be posting in the offers forum again shortly - I need to get some dspace cleared as we are having overnight visitors soon, and ATM they can't get to the double bed ( THey could sleep in DD's room as she doesn't, but her bed would be a bit of a squeeze for a couple LOL)

Hiya Lisa {{{{{}}}}}}

Sorry to hear you've been up against it, especially with the baby in your tum as well, u poor thing . Did DH help a bit in the end or did you just go at it like a mad thing :P

A private MW sounds good if that will ease your concerns a bit, we had an NHS one when I was having the babies but it was a small community surgery and my MW was fantastic, even if she was a bit of a hippy :-) I think being comfortable with your MW really helps so make sure you are happy

Hi Kim

DH was quite good on the day = Just not that helpful before andafter!

I would love a hippy NHS midwife - The midwife who I have been assigned is very good at her job, but delivered me quite a number of years ago (OK I'm 30 on 9th december) so she has been at it for quite a while!

Are you nice and busy at the moment?

Manically busy Lisa and it's great and really tiring :-)

Not complaining cos come january I'll be all worried that it's quiet again. I've never packed so many parcels in my whole life

Glad to hear DH came through on the day LOL
